The Groves at Oak Ridge was one of the cleanest facilities I have been in. The employees were so nice and they really try to keep all the residents engaged and enrich their lives as much as possible. Great work place and amazing staff!! A Place for Mom is paid by our participating communities, therefore our service is offered at no charge to families.
I like the staff and they are helpful and friendly. Rain Forest Landings gets a 5 +++++. Everyone from staff to people who serve the dinner CARE!!!! They all know the people who live there. My parents miss being at their long time home but they say that Story Point is the next best place.

There have been some personal belongings that have gone missing, and the owner hasn't been able to get these items back for my loved one. The staff was there for us when we needed it. They helped us out and went above and beyond in our emergency situation.

3 meals a day provided to the residents. The communication with the staff is good. When in-home care isn't enough, choosing the right care for your loved one is important. The staff has been very friendly and they always communicate very well. One thing that i really like is the positive atmosphere felt. My kids chose Bickford of Springfield because they have a 24 hour around the clock nurse here.
